A lovely vintage Louis XV style French Provincial sofa, dating from around the 1970s–80s, with pretty floral upholstery and carved detail. Well made, sturdy and comfortable, it works as a sofa or large settee and has a single large seat cushion with a zip, so the cover is easy to remove for cleaning. The cheerful fabric is covered in roses, chrysanthemums and leaves in yellows, peach, pinks, sage greens, creams and light blues, framed by a carved dark-to-medium wood-stained show frame on shaped cabriole legs. In good vintage condition and ready to use.
