This substantial Georgian Revival desk has been skillfully crafted from fine-quality flame mahogany, and the oval top features an attractive inset hand-toiled leather writing surface.

The drawers are all oak-lined and offer plenty of storage space, and as you will no doubt know, originally, partner desks were made to be shared. Accordingly, this partner desk is freestanding and has been skillfully finished to the same visual standard on both the front and the back.

The oval sides of the desk are finished with smart dummy drawers. The principle side of the desk has three drawers in the frieze above three drawers in one pedestal and a drawer situated above a double-depth filing drawer in the other. The other side of the desk also has three drawers in the frieze, but there is a cupboard with a central shelf in each pedestal, and the doors are made to look like banks of drawers.

This desk would pair very nicely with one of our range of leather desk chairs.
